Villas on the Park is an 84-unit permanent supportive housing development for the formerly chronically homeless in downtown San Jose. Alliant Consulting provided prevailing wage labor compliance oversight on the 22-month housing development project with state, federal, and HUD funding for Affordable Housing Development and Preservation Grant.
