The LINK is a mixed income apartment community located in the East Village area of Downtown San Diego offering 88 apartment homes with 72 studios for formerly homeless individuals, 14 studios reserved for low-income households, and 2 staff units. Alliant Consulting provided Federal and Section 3 compliance oversight on the 16-month affordable housing project.
