Laemmle Newhall is a two-story, 20,000 square foot art house and movie theater Located in the Old Town Newhall neighborhood of Santa Clarita. The structure contains seven auditoriums, a theater lobby, 2,500 square feet of retail space, and a rooftop. Alliant Consulting provided State labor compliance oversight services to Serrano Development for the 30+ contractors on the project.
