On both public works and private projects, prime contractors hold full responsibility to ensure their own workers, as well and the workers of the subcontractors and tiered contractors hired, are paid correctly with all regulations being followed. The liability of not ensuring subcontractor compliance can be dangerous, resulting in costly accrual of penalties against the prime contractor for violations of others.

Without the proper education, experience and processes set up, it can be very difficult to monitor the compliance of all subcontractors as well as any tiered contractors they hire. Subcontractor Oversight

Our team will monitor the compliance of all subcontractors working on your project, including any risky tiered subcontractors. By reviewing weekly Certified Payroll Reports as well as supplemental labor compliance documentation, such as required forms, fringe benefit calculations and wage rate verification, we work to ensure all workers are paid the required prevailing wage rate and regulations are being followed, keeping the prime contractor and project in full compliance.
