Completed in 2019, Castaic High School is a 58 acre campus in the Santa Clarita Valley complete with 11 new buildings. Included in the new construction are 5 classroom buildings, a 400-seat Performing Arts Center, administration building, maintenance & operations building, full-service food preparation facility, multi-court gym, sports fields, and a ¼-mile running track. Over the course of the 34-month project, Alliant Consulting conducted full audits of wage rates, classifications, training and fringe benefit payments for both union and non-union contractors to ensure proper payment of prevailing wage to all workers. Skilled and Trained Workforce requirements were enforced and monthly reports were reviewed for compliance.
