Dempsey Construction was contracted by the University of California San Diego to make improvements to the two, multi-story office buildings on Greenwich Drive. These improvements included the addition of seismic building upgrades, the installation of a Fire Life Safety monitoring system, ADA upgrades and building reconfiguration. Alliant Consulting provided State labor compliance oversight services to Dempsey Construction for their 35 contractors on the UCSD Greenwich project.
