Alliant Consulting provided prevailing wage oversight services on the multi-project community park installation in Cathedral City. Amenities in the 2.5 acre park include a Tot Lot with a jungle gym, outdoor picnic seating, lush grass area, walking paths, and single-stall restrooms. This project was conducted in three separate stages over the course of several years, while monitoring contractor compliance throughout.
